We do not personally deliver outside of Toronto and GTA areas but we work with reliable shipping companies for regular or overnight shipments. Ask for free delivery advantage and conditions.

For dry goods, we work with reliable shipping companies for regular shipments. For livestock, we do not ship outside of Canada.

What types of fish do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of saltwater fish and corals, including popular species like clownfish, tangs, euphyllias and soft corals. We do not carry freshwater livestock.

Do you sell Freshwater fish like goldfish or bettas?

No, we do not carry any freshwater aquatic animals.

Do you sell aquariums and accessories?

Yes, we sell a range of aquariums, filters, heaters, lighting, decorations, pumps and other accessories to meet all your aquarium needs.

Can you help me set up my aquarium?

Absolutely! We offer setup services in the Toronto (GTA) areas and can provide you with expert advice on how to properly set up and maintain your aquarium. We offer custom made aquariums, stands, plumbings, etc.

Do you offer maintenance services?

Yes, we offer regular maintenance services to keep your aquarium clean and healthy in the Toronto (GTA) areas.

Do you offer maintenance services to areas outside of Toronto?

We currently do not but we have been helping some customers via online consultations. Contact us to book a virtual appointment and advice at an affordable fee.

What type of maintenance services do you provide?

We provide aquarium services from start to a beautiful finish setup. Custom made aquarium, stand, cabinet, filtration, plumbing, maintenance, livestock, equipment supply and much more. Contact us for more details or a free quote.

The price of those services varies based on the size, timing, location, equipment and materials needed for the project. It is best to contact us through our website or email and provide us with details on what you are looking for and we will give you a free and accurate quote in a timely manner.

How much does your fish, equipment and corals cost?

The stock list, sizes and prices are listed on our website at retail prices. Our regular customers can get special discount. Ask for any special deals.

Are there any Promotions?

We have promotions on our livestock and equipment quite often. You can sign up for an account on our website to get updates and promotions when available.

Can I place special orders for items or livestock not on the website?

Yes, you can contact us with the item or livestock you are looking for and we can import or source it for you. Our price will be competitive.

Are your fish healthy and quarantined before sale?

Yes, all our fish are quarantined and monitored for health issues before being put up for sale to ensure they are healthy. Fish that are imported are dipped into copper also.

Are your corals healthy and quarantined before sale?

Yes, all our corals are quarantined, farmed and monitored for health issues and pests before being put up for sale to ensure they are healthy. We dip all our corals to make sure our customers receive clean corals.

What should I do if my fish is sick?

Bring a sample of your tank water to the store, and our experts will help diagnose the problem and recommend appropriate treatments. We do free water testing with any purchase amount from our store.

Do you do water testing?

Yes, we do and we use professional test kits and test for many parameters. Bring a sample of your tank water to the store, and our experts will help diagnose the problem and recommend appropriate treatments. We do free water testing with any purchase amount from our store.

Orders and Returns

Can I place an order online or over the phone?

Yes, you can place orders online through our website 24/7 and we will respond to you on our next business day. We do not take orders over the phone but we can give suggestions or answer any question on our products during our business hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online, we only take all credit card payments that goes via a secure third party company where your money is on hold until the stock is shipped, pickup or delivered. In person, we take debit cards, credit cards, e-transfers and cash.

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we can deliver within the Toronto and GTA areas. A delivery fee may be applied to your order. For regions outside of Toronto, we use reliable shipping companies. Ask for free delivery advantage and requirements.

What is your return policy on dry goods?

We accept returns and exchanges on dry goods within 15 days with a receipt or proof of purchase. The item should be unused, unopened and in its original new condition. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and management discretion.

What is your return policy on livestocks?

Unfortunately, we do not guarantee the survival of animals after sales. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any live fish, invertebrates and corals (Livestock). We do our best to quarantine them and show customers prior to purchase.

What happens if there is a shipping delay or any issue with my shipment?

We provide the tracking information as soon as shipment is out of our door. Customer needs to contact the shipping company for any issues or delays.

What should I do if I have a problem with my purchase?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
