Kane Aquarium Inc. Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Right to Decline: Kane Aquarium Inc. reserves the right to decline the use of any gift card deemed unacceptable, improperly used, or obtained in violation of this policy. The payment will not be refunded.

2. Limited Availability: This promotion is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. 

3. Delivery Area Restriction: Please be advised that we can only sale to specified areas within the Greater Toronto Area. The card cannot be used for deliveries outside these areas.

4. No Cash Value: These gift cards are redeemable solely as credit toward products and services provided by Kane Aquarium Inc. They hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Once purchased, the cards cannot be refunded if not used.

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms. Kane Aquarium Inc. reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the interpretation and enforcement of these policies.
