  • Can I walk in your store without a prior appointment?

    Feel free to walk in and look around! We're always here to answer any questions and you can also contact us first to arrange anything you need in advance for your visit.

  • Do you provide delivery in GTA and across Canada?

    Yes, we can deliver within the GTA areas and also anywhere in Canada. A delivery fee may be applied to your order and will require payment 24 hours before delivery. You can also ask for free delivery advantage and conditions.

  • What type of fishes do you sell?

    We offer a wide variety of saltwater fish and corals, including popular species like clownfish, tangs, euphyllias and soft corals. We do not carry freshwater livestock.

  • Are there any Promotions?

    Yes, we appreciate both new and regular customers with website sales. New clients will be offered exclusive special offers for their in-store experience. Our regular customers are added to our database for exclusive special offers.

  • I saw a coral/fish on social media that I want, but I don't see it listed on your website. What should I do?

    Don't worry we got you. Sometime there's extremely new arrival that we haven't got time to put it on the website so you can contact us as we may have it in stock. Moreover, we also provide custom order with Competitive price for you.

  • Are your products healthy and quarantined before sale?

    Yes, all our corals and fishes are quarantined, farmed and monitored for health issues and pests before being put up for sale to ensure they are healthy. We dip all our corals to make sure our customers receive clean corals.

  • Is there any freshwater service you have?

    We offer professional maintenance for both saltwater and freshwater tanks. We also help you to build and design your tank along with our pre-built tank options.

  • What type of maintenance services do you provide?

    We provide aquarium services from start to a beautiful finish setup. Custom made aquarium, stand, cabinet, filtration, plumbing, maintenance, livestock, equipment supply and much more. Contact us for more details or a free quote.

  • How much does maintenance services cost?

    The price of those services varies based on the size, timing, location, equipment and materials needed for the project. It is best to contact us so that we understand your situation better and provide necessary support.

  • Are your corals and fishes healthy and quarantined before sale?

    Yes, all our corals and fishes are quarantined, farmed and monitored for health issues and pests before being put up for sale to ensure they are healthy. We dip all our corals and fishes to make sure our customers receive clean corals.

  • What should I do if my fish is sick?

    Bring a sample of your tank water to the store, and our experts will help diagnose the problem and recommend appropriate treatments. We do free water testing with any purchase amount from our store

  • What should I do if my corals got infection?

    In that case, we'll have to conduct a deep inspection to examine your tank conditions and provide accurate analysis for appropriate treatment.

  • Do you do water testing?

    Yes, we do and we use professional test kits and test for many parameters. Bring a sample of your tank water to the store, and our experts will help diagnose the problem and recommend appropriate treatments. We do free water testing with any purchase amount from our store.

    Yes, you can place orders online through our website 24/7 and we will respond to you on our next business day. We do not take orders over the phone but we can give suggestions or answer any question on our products during our business hours.

    For online service, we accept all types of payment, and for in-store service, we only accept debit and cash.

  • What should I do if I have a problem with my purchase?

    Please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
